This Sunday, we are assembling Advent calendars. Each day includes a piece of candy and an activity, challenge, or prayer card. You can download this printable and then use this guide to put the days in order… there is a 21day countdown, followed by 12 days of Christmas beginning Dec. 25.

Saint Nick Activities
St. Nicholas’s feast day is December 6, and he is the patron saint of just about everybody. Here are some interesting resources to learn more about his life:
A digital ebook for children about St. Nick.
A computer game about St. Nick’s adventures around the world (best played on a computer, but can be done on a phone if you have really tiny fingers).
A story and a worksheet to complete together.
Jesse Tree and Family Devotional
This is a Catholic Jesse Tree devotional with coloring ornaments to go with each day.
Catholic Sprouts has a lot of awesome Advent- and Christmas-themed printables on their website (you need an email to access the page, but everything is free when you get there).
Advent Jeopardy!
I wasn’t able to get this game to work on my phone, except by clicking straight through the slides (no jumping around).
From a computer, you should be able to click the purple box to jump to a question. Use the right arrow key to advance to the next slide. Then click the blue “home” button in the corner tor return to the main page.
