It is a beautiful thing that you are seeking the sacrament of baptism on behalf of your child! There are basically three steps that will happen in order to receive the sacrament.
Complete and Submit the form below as best you can. You can also contact the office to inquire for available dates. (Phone: 349-8388 Email: office@holycrossalaska.net) Ideally, a baptism happens at a regular scheduled weekend Mass. (Sat 5pm, Sun 8am or Sun 11am, but a private ceremony can happen as well.)
Take a baptismal class. (This is scheduled after the form has been submitted.)
Receive the sacrament of baptism!
